MorningOS is an iPhone app for running a morning routine. By using it you agree to what follows. If you do not, please delete the app.
MorningOS guides breathing, movement, reading and writing. It is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and nothing in it is medical, psychological or professional fitness advice. Movements are shown as general guidance and are not tailored to you. Work within a pain-free range, stop if something hurts, and speak to a doctor before starting any new exercise — particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or managing a health condition. You use the app at your own risk.
Journal entries, affirmations, recordings and anything else you create stay yours. They are stored on your device and we never receive them, so we claim no rights over them and cannot access, moderate or recover them.
Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app or losing the device loses the content. iPhone backups include it; we do not. Please back up anything you would be sad to lose.
The app can copy audio files you already have onto your device for playback during a session. You are responsible for having the right to use that audio. Do not import material you are not entitled to use.
With permission the app reads and writes Apple Health data. Figures shown come from Health and may be incomplete or inaccurate; treat them as indicative rather than exact.
MorningOS is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including lost content or any injury connected with exercise you choose to do.
The six practices follow the S.A.V.E.R.S. sequence described in Hal Elrod's book The Miracle Morning. MorningOS is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the author or publisher.
These terms may change as the app changes. The date at the top shows when they last did.
